Apres Leisure — Returns & Territory Exchanges

We engineer our gear to handle the transition from high-output grinds to total downtime. If your equipment isn’t sitting right, we provide a 30-day window to execute an exchange or return.

1. The Window and Conditions

• Items must be initiated for return or exchange within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Gear must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and product packaging intact.
• Limited-edition drops, final sale gear, or customized community registry artifacts are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges vs. Refunds

Territory Exchanges (Free): If you need a different size or alternative colorway within the same gear cycle, we cover the return shipping cost entirely to ensure your loadout is correct.

Standard Refunds: Returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a $7 return processing fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount to offset reverse logistics overhead.

3. Ecosystem and Ledger Adjustments

Apres Leisure utilizes an automated accounting stack (the Legend Ledger) to manage community milestones.

• The moment a return or refund is initiated via our fulfillment center, the unique Shopify transaction ID triggers an automated recalculation of your profile standings.
• Any Lore Points, milestone achievements, or promotional tiers accrued from the original purchase will be instantly clawed back or adjusted to reflect the net retained order value.
